Who are the facilitators?

Your KiwiBoss facilitator is employment lawyer Julia Shallcrass, who will give you practical guidance on how to reduce legal risk, while improving performance and team results.

What will I learn?

The course has 4 modules, which you can work through at your own pace. While this course is self-paced, you may learn about each Module on a weekly basis as follows: 
  • Week 1 – Motivating Staff to Succeed
  • Week 2 – Effective Delegation and Supervision
  • Week 3 – Performance Feedback and Reviews
  • Week 4 – Managing Poor Performers

How will I Learn?

  • You will view short online videos within each module (total of around 1 hour for videos in each Module). These videos are online and recorded.  You can view these videos at your own pace.
  • Complete the Activities in the digital workbook which is fillable online.
  • View the 1 hour Q&A webinar, on demand at your own pace. These webinars are recorded. 

How long do I have to access the videos and Q&A webinars?

You can view all videos for 3 years guaranteed from date of purchasing the Leader’s Guide. You may pay for updates to course materials.

How do I access the downloadable workbook with templates?

You can access the downloadable workbooks under the “Materials” section on each module. The workbooks include checklists on delegation and performance reviews, coaching and performance review templates, complete practical activities, and much more.

Can I print the workbook?

Yes, you can print the workbook or complete it online and save it to your desktop.

How can I access more coaching and training?

We offer individual coaching and inhouse coaching through Zoom, at the following rates as at the date of these terms:
$997 incl GST for individual coaching
$3,700 incl GST for inhouse coaching

Do I receive a Certificate of completion for CPD points?

Yes, we will give you a certificate of completion for successfully completing the programme – provided you attain 75% correct score on quizzes in all of the modules. You can take the test for each quiz more than once. The certificate is for 14 hours CPD.
